Changes in Fund Reporting on Bond Fund:
Inngangsverdien for mottaker ved uskifte: For gjenlevende ektefelle som
sitter i uskifte vil spørsmålet om hvor stor del av andelen som er arvet, avhenge av hva slags formuesordning som gjaldt for andelen
under ekteskapet. Tilhørte andelen avdødes særeie, vil gjenlevende ektefelle
som sitter i uskifte anses å ha arvet alt. Tilhørte andelen felleseiet,
regnes gjenlevende å ha eiet halvdelen i formuesgjenstanden fra før som
boslodd. Gjenlevende ektefelle som sitter i uskifte vil anses å ha arvet den
andre halvpart. Inngangsverdien for andel som anses arvet settes til arvelaters opprinnelige inngangsverdi
dersom dødsfallet fant sted etter 1. janaur 2014. Fant dødsfallet sted før 1. januar 2014 settes inngangsverdien
